Automated Processing Flow



The production line follows a highly synchronized, continuous workflow to transform bulk dough into perfectly panned loaves:

  1. Dough Chunker: Receives large batches of dough and pre-cuts them into manageable portions.

  2. Dough Band Forming Machine: Gently creates a continuous, uniform dough sheet without degassing or tearing.

  3. Satellite Rolling Head: Progressively reduces the dough sheet thickness through multiple reduction rollers while maintaining gluten integrity.

  4. Calibrator: Finishes the dough band to the exact targeted thickness required for the product specification.

  5. Longitudinal Cutter: Strips the dough band into accurate widths parallel to the production flow.

  6. Guillotine: Executes precise cross-cuts based on the predefined loaf weight.

  7. Trailing Chain: Aligns and prepares the cut dough portions for smooth transfer.

  8. Auto Panning Machine: Automatically deposits the formed dough pieces into the moving baking pans.
